The quote tool

The quote form requests sex, age, self-rated health status, nicotine use, coverage amount, and desired term. These answers travel to a rate-checking service run by the carriers to retrieve pricing; this website stores nothing. Name, address, phone, or email isn't collected to view rates. Repeat requests with identical data might be served cached to spare the rate service another call.

Applying

If you decide to apply, your responses feed into a secure application managed by the carriers' system, governed by their separate privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance agency (License 0B75129), runs the applications.

The contact form

When you contact us, we request your name, email address, an optional phone, your contact preference, a subject, and a message. Email takes it to the agency, which replies to your email address. We don't archive message text, run a submissions database, or log communication records. A fast anti-bot check happens in your browser before sending.

Measurement

Visit tracking runs through first-party, no-cookie measurement on this domain. We don't place cookies or unique identifiers; two octets of your IP are blanked; URLs with search terms from other pages are cleaned; logs older than 90 days are purged. Visitors transmitting Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control headers get skipped entirely.

What we do not do

We don't trade in personal information, run behavior-tracking ads, or include outside analytics. The sole third-party content appears on the application page — the carriers' secure platform, which only loads when you visit it.
